Lake Meadows Mobile Home Community

Our community is not typical of most mobile home parks. All the homes in the park are owner-occupied with no rentals allowed. A lot of retired folks are buying RV’s, and we do allow them to occupy full time spaces if they are staying for an extended period and prefer to have a larger yard area than our RV park has. Most of our lots can accommodate doublewides.

Our spaces average about 50 x 100 ft. The lots next to our private lake are not this big, but you are next to a lake with great views. And yes, I did say lake! We have a 10 acre lake with fishing allowed for our tenants and their guests. Sorry, but boating and swimming are not allowed. Some of those snapping turtles are BIG. Our streets are tiered up the hillside so most have views of our lake. There are lots with trees and some without, depending on your preference.

We have full time on site managers that maintain common areas and look after things around the community. We are located 5 minutes north of Bolivar, just off Hwy 13. Citizens Memorial Hospital is close by and there is plenty of shopping available in Bolivar. And we are only 25 minutes north of Springfield when you need the big city. Pomme de Terre, Stockton Lake and Lake of the Ozarks are all about an hour away. The park is located in the Fairplay School District for tenants with children.
