Lake Meadows Mobile Home Community

Our community is unique compared to most mobile home parks. All homes are owner-occupied; rentals are not allowed. Many retirees are buying RVs, and we do allow them to occupy full-time spaces if they are staying for an extended period and prefer a larger yard than our RV park offers. 

Yes, we have a lake! Our 10-acre lake allows fishing for tenants and their guests. However, boating and swimming are not permitted due to the presence of large snapping turtles. Our streets are tiered up the hillside, providing most lots with lake views. You can choose between lots with trees or without, depending on your preference.

We have full-time on-site managers who maintain common areas and oversee the community. We are located just 5 minutes north of Bolivar, off Hwy 13. Citizens Memorial Hospital is nearby, and there is plenty of shopping available in Bolivar. We are only 25 minutes north of Springfield for big-city needs. Pomme de Terre, Stockton Lake, and Lake of the Ozarks are all about an hour away. The park is in the Fairplay School District for tenants with children.
